
Financial Overview and Budgets
The district’s budget contains the assessment to be levied against each property, broken down into operation and maintenance (O&M) and debt. Prior to September of each year, the District Board adopts a budget for the following fiscal year, which runs from October 1st through September 30th.
At the end of each discal year, an Audit of the financial books of the District is performed by an independent auditor who issues a Final Report presenting the revenues, expenditures, and balances of the District.
